I think this must be from the first CITA congress in 1999. They dance to El Huracan and Cumparsita. The poster says that the video has a speed defect (it's too fast). Still, the movement is very readable. This is highly skilled dancing. It's easy to see why Javier and Geraldine have both been so highly regarded as tango dancers and performers.
